It is the destiny of every Transformers fan that at some point in their life a copy of the Maximus mould (in any of its flavours) will pass through their hands. It is a rite of passage. It does not have to be a permanent part of the collection. Just having it for a period of time is enough. I've never owned one, but I know for a fact it would be similar to my Omega Sentinel experience only moreso, looking at this giant expensive lump of plastic that cannot be stored anywhere and going "Jesus f*ck what was I thinking"

No, it'd be very different. Max is a fantastic toy I cannot conceive of a world where I would not get buyers regret over a £300 toy that is as big as a small child

I bought a Brave off of Nick a few years back. Haven't regretted it for a second. It is that good a Transformers toy.

Still the most expensive toy I have bought with my own earnings (couple of Lego kits cost more though bought with birthday gift money). -Ralph

Only if it makes logical sense, otherwise you are boned.

I had Robotix! My parents still have the astronaut figure-guy in their 'generic toys for when the grandkids come round' box!

I presume that that Fort Max's Headmaster partner was called L-Vis, or something along those lines.

I got Hi-viz! A jacket and a lovely pair of big hi-viz trousers! Naturally, I look magnificent in them...

I do have a 15 year old pack of toffee popcorn in one of my classic Pretender shells. Bumblebee I think. I do not know why, but presume my 11 year old self had good reason so I respect his wishes. Andy 26 year old popcorn is still presumably in the shell.

Andy, I know you occasionally chance stuff past it's sell by date, but that popcorn is probably a tad past it by now.
