Ralph, have you realised that you and I are the only two people posting on here. We'd be quicker (but less good for our respective post counts) through IM or something similar.

True but I feel distracted from my work, and that's not a good thing.
Or maybe it is. I feel pretty drained.

Last night i came in from work to find a hearty Sausage Casserole bubbling away in the oven. Coupled with creamy mashed potato, it formed a mighty meal. I was so satisfied.
I'm still in the mood for more though. In fact, since i wont be getting dinner tonight (going to the Glaswegicon), i might order the sausages in Wetherspoons whilst awaiting company.

I felt the pasta goodness calling to me.
To make up for it, I had a BMT from Subway this morning.

I had a roll with sausage this morning as a mid-morning snack. My boss was nipping out to the bakers to pick-up a fried egg roll for one of my colleagues who.... shall we say had overindulged last night (I believe he beat the individual tallies set by Andy, Ralph and Gav), and whilst she was going she treated everyone to snacky goodness.
Two link sausages in a nice bread roll - excellent it was too.

Mrs Shockprowl's a vegitarian, which pretty much makes me a vegitarian (name the film!). Don't often miss animal flesh, Quorn is yumy! However I do miss it in a veggie sausage. You gotta have meat in your sausages! But last night we had some Ricotta and Spinach Tescos own sausages, and they were marvelous! Sausage factor of 7.5 baby!

The Missus came back from her mum's with a big carrier bag brimming with square sausage and black pudding. I swear there must be about 12 pounds of it.

Had a nice sausage roll from Greggs today to go along with my steak bake.
A weird time, for sausages.

Incredible! That's identical to my lunch today! I normally have a baguette, but it was so cold I needed hot food.
Still, I imagine there are thousands of people whose lunch today consisted of a Greggs sausage roll and steak bake.
Unlike the day when I had a couple of fried eggs, naan bread and sage & onion stuffing, because that's what needed eating up, and wondered if anyone had ever eaten that particular combination before.

Martin Not heard of anyone having quite that combination I must admit. Although I have had Naan bread along with roast chicken and stuffing in the past (based purely on a "what is actually in the fridge and freezer" situation). I had a very nice sausage Bagette on Waverly Station on the way down to my mothers at Christmas - Cumberland sausage in nice crisp bread. Lovely stuff. Karl
