Spotted this in WH Smiths today when suddenly my tat sensors switched to full. It's one of those 'choose your own adventure' type books. Oh, the nostalgia. I know full well I will end up buying this!

It's in ASDA for £3 along with a companion title QUEST FOR THE ALLSPARK. This is written by a 'Colin Brake'. Some Who fans may recall a 'Colin Brake' who wrote the bloody awful 'Escape Velocity' in BBC Books 8th Doctor range. In interviews he kept banging about how he was going to be the story editor on the never-made 27th season of Who, seemingly according to the pixies in his head.

But I digress.

I am indeed aware of this Colin Brake. Although I will admit I have never read his Doctor Who book.

At £3 I might be dangerously tempted by this next time I am in Asda. (Which may be soon as they do a very nice Stem Ginger cake...)
