The link in question does make a good point, it is a bit strange for moderators to be creators and mods at the same time on a company board, that's a clear conflict of interest.
And now I've scrolled down to the bit about the police.
Skwege is claiming that people you don't know calling your house and emailing your wife repeatedly & after she asks them to stop is not harrassment. Not denying the claims in his reply there, saying "it wasn't repeated" or whatever - just denying that counts as harrassment. I'm pretty sure it does count as that.

Their lives are lived on the internet, its no surprise!
A shock only for them when they find or talk to other people, they should either close down the thread or not get involved as you won't gain any respect from them if you defend yourself.
Plus, their humor is all wrong.

Tis a shame that these peeps join a TF board and TFs then become second to them.
There was recentley some drama down at a TMNT board I post on, when a Playmates Toys employee blew up on a fan over some critque on toy packaging. For once it was handled professionally and the said employee had to post an apology, but probably only did it to save his job/hide. Usually stuff on a TMNT board turns into a Star Wars canteine scene if somebody even makes the slightest attack on another.
Where there's forums, there's always going to be disagreements. Depends how far peeps choose to take them I suppose.

Bunch of absolute muppets, they should all get some perspective.
IDW should close their forums down entirely because even the staff can't control it and seem to think any criticism is unjustified. If I spend money I can have my say on it and this is from Ryall, their EIC but it appears other individuals don't grasp that reality.
