I've just discovered the BBC comedy The Mighty Boosh. I can't beleive I've missed on the first couple of seasons when they first came about. Any other viewers on here?

I absolutely love it. I discovered it through a friends' DVD collection and haven't looked back. Not exactly packed with belly-laughs but charmingly bonkers and a lot more clever and subtle than some give it credit for. I highly recommend the live DVD if you're stuck for what to put on your christmas list! Mx

Yeah, I enjoy it, but the current series has been a bit of a stinker. Picking up with each episode though, Howard's Party is good.

I don't know, I thought the first episode was good ("EELS! EELS!") and I nearly cried during the Crack Fox episode. Mx

So far I have seen the first 3 episodes of season 1. People at uni talk about it a lot and I wanted to know what the fuss is about.

Yeah, big fan here. Season three hasn't really been all that, but I have been missing episodes and/or half watching them at work.

Not much of a fan of series 3 myself, but the first two series are brilliant. Old Greg gets funnier every time I watch that episode.
Have you seen the live show? It's absolutely brilliant!

I must be in a minority here. The damn thing winds me up like no tomorrow. I cringe when he comes on Buzzcocks. And that's saying something with Simon Amstel on the show. Or whatever he is called....

I must be in a minority here. The damn thing winds me up like no tomorrow. I don't rate it highly either, which disappointed my sister when she introduced me to it, knowing I have a taste in surreal humour (Goon Show, Looney Tunes, Creature Comforts, Police Squad, Muppets, etc.). I think it must be that I only like surreal worlds that I would like to live in, rather than ones I'm glad I don't. And that wacky dude does always look to me like he thinks he's funnier than he actually is. Martin

Being honest, i loved the first series....then I thought the second series was so Mediocre (apart from a few bits) that Series 3 has held no interest for me. I hated the live show. Seemed as if they hadn't done any work on it. Almost like they knew it was a bit kack.

I've only seen their live show, restricted as we are to terrestrial TV. But I thought it was wonderfully wierd humour. Just my cup of tea.
