Only just got the internet back, so not sure if it's been mentioned before, but all the IDW Transformers comics seem to be carrying this warning on the covers by the barcode:
"Not Suggested For Children Under 13"
Even the reprints of the Marvel UK comic, and the movie tie-ins [which are reprinted in the UK comic from Titan, aimed at a younger audience].
Think someone complained about the robots hurting each other?

I remember an issue of X-Statix (when it was still X-Force) where someone wrote in saying, and they were serious, how they'd watch GI Joe and Transformers where real bullets hit real people.

So, what 'they' are saying is that the IDW TF comics are less appropriate for kids than such 12a certificiate movies as The Dark Knight and Revenge of the Sith? Piss off.

Well being sold in comics shops, they aren't really aimed at a kid-friendly market unlike the Titan issues. I mean, Titan are happy to reprint IDW stuff in their stuff
Personally I'd be upset if Transformer comics are aimed at a strictly adult audience. Just like Doctor Who shows, you dont need to be full of BLOOD AND GORE AND TORTURE to be adult.
