Hey guys, hope it's not too cheeky coming here with this (and this mightn't even be the right thread for it. Mods, move this mutha if you must) but I've decided to give the old commission thing a go. I never sell original artwork, but I've had a ton or requests to buy some, as well as for me to do original pieces. I wanted to give Hubbers first refusal on this stuff. Fear not if you can't manage to grab a piece off me at this time, as I'll be at Auto Assembly this year sketching for nowt. But I'd hate for you lot to hear about the offer from another site. So yeah, check out the blog at nickroche.blogspot.com/, and let me know if there's owt you fancy. Sorry for stopping by purely to shill. Thanks for your time, Nick

Tempting but I can't decide what to have. "Anything" covers a lot of stuff I'll definetly grab a Shoryukening Sideswipe print though.

I can't really go for a commission, as much as I'd like to. I'll definitely pick up a print of the Cyclonus cover when I get paid though.

Yeah, I realise that my timing might not be great for a lot of folk. The reason for the brief window is a lot to do with my own work schedule; an open-ended offer would probably mean a feature on Lying in The Gutters for not getting 'round to finishing pieces I've been paid for. And while that is ultimately my dream, I'm not ready for that Pat Lee level of notoriety just yet. Sketches for all at AA anyway, should folk want them.
And Andu, yer covered. Can I give them to you in person in Brum?

Yes, sadly I'm currently a bit skint too. What are your rates, out of interest?

Great stuff! So looking forward to August! Blueshift, the facts are contained upon my blog at nickroche.blogspot.com/. See if suits, but no foul if not. The slots are almost all filled anyway, and my stash of Bristol Board has arrived today, so once I've gotten back to everyone on postage rates, I can crack on! Nick

Someone please badger Roche at AA until he sketches me a Sky-byte?!
I will do 8 backflips if this happens.

Damn, I blew my disposable load on a Stephen Baskerville commission. Bad timing!
Next time, Nick, next time.

Perhaps we should chip in to get a Longtooth for Ralph?!
Imagine the look on his wee face.
