For a change not the actionmaster variety. Swainy wanted a regular flavour TC. I guess this is my first comissioned work. Acidwing/storm or whatever its called is turns out to be great for Thundercracker. Almost all the bits that scrape and run are cast in the off blue of the upper legs which works really nicely with the metallic blue I got from Wilkinsons that is an almost perfect match for the original G1 toy. And then most of the black bits are already black. Andy

You do quite a nice line in TF paint jobs Andy. Maybe you could bring some of your stuff over to AA this year and show a few people there.

That looks very nice!
Did you manage to get a pile of Acid Storms when they were a fiver on play?
If I had the skills, I could customise those guys forever!

Nah. Swainy sent me the one that Im still doing AMTC is the original starscream and the other one is the Botcon one (should have mentioned that, dont want to look like I'm trying to claim credit for it). I am tempted to see if Asda still have some cheap Acidstorms though Im enjoy doing this and the Shattered Glass thundercracker that I have to get back to. I just need to get the stickers form reprolabels.

How do you get the reprolabels stuff, and is it expensive? I've been after the Alternator Jazz stickers since forever.

Just google reprolabels. They cost between $4-20 depending on the size of the sets and $2 for postage anywhere I believe. I've not bought them online before but I did get some free samples when they first started and bought some more at Botcon. They are very good.

That is a very impressive piece of work there. You do have a very impressive knack for these repaints.

Thought I might as well chuck up the near enough finished Thundercracker plus the second one that I did in lighter blue. I was going for a cartoon version. Actionmaster, G1 style custom, original, anime custom, Botcon classic Im pretty happy with them especially Swainys G1 style one which I kept thinking was the botcon one while I was taking the photos. Thanks guys. I found a site with a massive number of the generic strike jets on and to my joy found there was a dark green one so I finally have an excuse to use my can of British racing Green next. Then maybe the luminous green one. Andy

Those are some very nice customs there mate. I've seen a lot of customised toys over the years and I have to say that those rank up amongst some of the best.
