UK first showings - US / Japan

With Armada, Energon, Cybertron we got it finished in the UK before the US.

Not sure about RID???

But with Beast wars/machines & animated the US get the whole thing ended.

With G1 - did the US have all the series broadcasted before the UK Headmasters video come out in 1987? or did we get the end of G1 first [with the rest of series 2/3 not seen in the UK until Sky started up repeats 1992]. We got the Japanese masterforce-victory sets on DVD before the US didnt we?

HM/MF/V have yet to have a US DVD release, IIRC.

We got them on that then. Did we get the end of RID before it was shown in the US?

Also can anyone remember what month in 87 that Headmaster video came out? it was in 87 cos Return of Prime came out yearafter in 88. But series 3/4 would have been aired in US 87/88 time? But did we get it before they had it aired? [if anyone got show times for 22 yrs ago & UK video release dates?]

For US air dates of the G1 series (plus reviews of said episodes and the accompanying Marvel UK and US comic books) I recommend this book.

I have it and it is quite a good read.
