I'm on holiday visiting my folks. They keep feeding me roasted or BBQed meats! It's great
And I haven't yet had the uncomfortable pressure of having to choose an item from a menu once yet!

Well done on those results Shockprowl, and my fingers too shall be crossed for your results Ken.
I spent Saturday night at a do for a friends birthday, had a few pints of Guinness in what may be the least interesting pub in Falkirk (he reckons it has good atmosphere, but I put that down to him having a good breathing mix hooked up to his pressure suit, because it certainly doesn't have enough of an atmosphere to allow you to breath unaided). The important thing though was that the company was good and the banter was excellent.
Today I took the luxury of having a lie-in, then I got up and watched "Batman: Brave and the Bold" over breakfast. A bowl of Rice Krispies and a fun, lighthearted Batman cartoon - a perfect way to start the day.
I spent most of the early evening clearing one of the display shelves in the lounge as it is coming down to be replaced with something lower, as part of my ongoing attempt to end up with less furniture in my living room. Now I just have to work out where I am going to park the Transformers, Mospeada, Macross and Godzilla merchandise that used to live on it, as they won't all fit onto the replacement.....

And to visciously rub the strongest of salts into the wound, THEY PUT ON THE NEIGHBOURS OMNIBUS!!!!!! (which had a surprising amount of nice young ladys it in.....) |
