Spectacular Spider-Man

Don't know if anyone else is watching this show yet. It's 3 episodes in and it's great fun.

Marvel finally deciding to try and give a show a very stylized approach (something you'd think they'd have tried sooner given how successful the DC animated universe was over the years) and it works.

Very light and breezy while still being pretty darned faithful to the Stan and Steve era.

So far we've had Electro, Vulture and Lizard from the villains gallery which is great.

Not seen it I'm afraid. But it is something that I shall probably be interested in sampling in due course.

Makes sense to me to use a stylized approach for Spiderman - he's the Marvel character that to my mind most seems to fit that sort of look. There's something about the root character of Spiderman that seems to fit something less than realistic in look.

I just watched The Lizard episode and it is certainly quite fun. I think I will be getting some more episodes of this when I am done getting the rest of The Batman season 5.
