the figure for Neil is confusing as it varies depending on whether people book for the single day or weekend, or pre-order the convention magazine.
Also, I have to work out estimated on-the-door sales, possible sales of convention merchandise (mugs etc) and other income over the weekend as I will have bills to pay over the weekend and I'm waiting to see if other costs will be reduced including guest hotel bills so Neil's appearance may be a very late addition.
This is really going to be a case of needing pre-registrants rather than people deciding to come on the day so we can make it happen.
Current total is now 437 and counting....

I'm sure the 500 mark can be reached before the convention the way its going. It's certainly shaping up to be the biggest TF convention this side of Botcon anyway.
