I hope everyone going has a fantastic weekend. It sounds like it's going to be an amazing convention.
Now, while I won't be there in person, I have left my credit card details with the head barman of the hotel. His name is Joel. He's been instructed to buy a pint for anyone who shouts the follow phrase three times at the bar;
"I AM GAY FOR MICHAEL BAY!"
Remember, it must be shouted three times and as loudly as possible to qualify for your free pint. Oh, and I'll also need to see video evidence as well.

Anything for a free pint! I'll need video evidence, remember. I don't know if I should trust you after what happened the last time you got me to shout 'I AM GAY' in public. I didn't get a free drink then either. Well not of beer anyway.

Had a great time chaps. Wish I'd drank a teeny bit less last night but I'm glad I provided some amusement. I am very happy with my haul. Star Saber is ace.

Home, and awake after passing out. Had a huge 1 hour and 30 minutes sleep between packing way more than I thought in to too small a suitcase and dragging the thing all the way to Forbidden Planet for a bus.
Fantastic weekend, working for Toy Fu was a blast. Spent way to much, but as most of it went to Toy Fu I wont complain.
No idea where Im going to put Garry, Steve and Dave though.
Or the rest.
I finally own Longtooth.

I heard that Dave and Garry got married? And Longtooth certainly seems to be quite popularly with Hub AAers there!

It was nice meeting so many of you for the first time this weekend. But the fact I found it nice to meet so many of YOU scallywags makes me fear for my sanity.

Had an absolutely fantastic time at it - what a great weekend. Holiday Inn seemed a good location too, nice and central.
Thanks to everyone who said hello over the weekend - I was a bit swamped by everything so apologies if I was a bit quiet. I'm normally a bit chattier!
Will hopefully be back next year!

Somebody also recorded the entire Gregg Berger Q&A session and have put it on YouTube in ten-minute segments. For those of you who missed the convention I recommend you check this out.

Im not sure ther was an proper ceromony/ After being freed from his cardboard prison after 18 years he went to the bar. A few drinks later he hooked up with Dave and then adopted some young uns to keep Steve from under feet. Dave is bythe way a fantastic toy provided as Ralph said you like Elite Actionmasters or possibly pretender inner robots. Longtooth rules. Andy

Just shambled in after the mighty voyage from Birmingham to Planet Falkirk. Karl had a very good time, and will probably have more to say about the convention later, but it will probably be after he wakes up and shambles through his working day tomorrow....

Got home about fifteen minutes ago. Andy and Ralph are safe home too. For once the Scots crew voyage home from a con/meetup was without incident! The transport curse is lifted!

Somebody also recorded the entire Gregg Berger Q&A session and have put it on YouTube in ten-minute segments. For those of you who missed the convention I recommend you check this out. I tried watching it but got bored. I guess you had to be there. But I looked at the list of questions on the right and skipped to the Grimlock voice commentary of what was going on on the screen, which was quite amusing. On the other hand, Chris McFeely's YouTube review of AA came from the heart and gave what I'm sure is a greater connection to the spirit of the day for those who didn't attend than a film of a guest speaker. Chin up, Chris! Life goes on! Martin
