Transformers number 1 in the UK

What really surprises me is how well Robot Heroes are selling. I would have thought they were the shelf warming event of the line, but I was wrong!

Looking at those figures, and if they are replicated in other markets, it's fair to assume Hasbro will be milking the movie line for all its worth. Bit of a shame Universe and Animated apparently hit retail death but hey ho.

Well those are unit sales don't forget. Robot Heroes are now single packed and mega cheap. Stuff like that sells really well on a casual basis. That's why Legends are such big sellers too.

The Universe line has gone downhill in my opinion. Half of the line are just recoloured versions of toys that were released previously. That wouldn't be too bad if they weren't some of the less interesting toys from the not-to-distant past.

Do you mean the £1 blind packed ones Tesco were selling? The regular RH's are still 2-packs at around £6.

Looking at these figures would give me hope the UK will get the full line but then I remember it's Hasbro UK and I despair.

Hmmm. You have a point there. I think the £1 promo was still running in July and there are rather a lot of Tescos. Though they weren't sold under the ROTF banner and may not be included in these figures. So who knows. I don't have a bloody clue.

I imagine this is Hasbro US pulling weight, since the stock is being sold in the US instead of the UK

Shame though. I have very little interest in the ROTF line personally, but it would be nice to get the full line so the kids can get them and the line doing well only bodes well for future TF stuff, hopefully.

Still might get it released around christmas if it's just a stock issue. I dont really care I like the stuff but I'm not motivated to buy much of it.

i bought most of the rotf figures at aa, so, if i have to, i'll wait til next august to get wave 6+
