Since it's Friday, here's something for you to ponder over.
In the Beast Wars television series it was sometimes customary for a Predacon or a Maximal to insult someone by calling them a name which also happened to be the name of an original generation Transformers character.
For example, Terrorsaur is at one point referred to as "Needlenose".
What other examples of this phenomenon can you think of?

Blackarachnia escaping the Axalon and Rattrap punching his palm in frustration saying "SLAG!". I think this was edited out of the UK broadcast on GMTV.

Beast Wars was on GMTV? I only saw a couple of episodes when it was on channel 5 on Saturday mornings about 2002ish, and was not impressed by what I saw.

Yeah it debuted on a bank holiday weekend and was shown there and on GMTV2 on ITV2 as well.

Season 3 didn't get to be on GMTV but did get a full release on videos (bar Optimal Solution) that boasted Episodes Never Seen On TV!!!. And was then followed by... S2 eps.

Yip, and those s2 videos left off the first episode of that season...and was then followed by s1.
This was how I first saw BW so I saw the show backwards! Confusing at times.

The VHS for Optimal Situation was released as a TRU exclusive, free when you spent over £XX on Beast Wars toys or something. They then sold it stand alone.
