Don't sweat it. I turned 30 this year as well, and it's not as bad as all that. People start treating you with respect because of your age :-) I DID however decide to start going to a fitness club, because the thing about being thirty is that unlike in your 20s, weight and health issues won't regulate themselves as much as they used to, and if you're not careful you'll wake up a total wreck and your body will not regenerate as quickly. So go pump some iron, get on a tread mill and make sure you do it at least once a week!  Happy birthday Pete |
