both have snake like heads. Would be good to have blue repaint of the toy. also both seem to think themselves above Megatron.

We don't know what he was doing during the Movie. But you can see similar events taking place. Compare Marvel US comic to the Movie [event without reading the Movie 2 IDW comics & we have not seen how Simon is using the Fallen in the UK comic]
Megatron gone from Cybertron & LS takes over the cons
- same in movie [The Fallen can't have spent all his time just sat round - LS did spend time sat on his throne in the Marvel comic then stood in front of the space bridge being built]

That the writers took the name from WW2 - while used LS has the character base.

That could be an interesting idea - can't really what happened with Meg's after the fallen was killed, but if he downloaded himself in him [also could result in a 3rd Movie Megatron toy here from Hasbro] that Meg's & Starscream fleeing because of the take over.
