From all the above clips does look like the film could just end up being a retelling of the US issues of Shockwave trying to locate the matrix & finding it is in Buster.

I forgot - there was an ad on E4 one lunchtime earlier this week. Don't ask me which one, I looked away - I'm spoiler averse. (As I type, I'm holding a piece of paper over the screen so that I can post in this thread without seeing it.)

Three or four things I've heard and seen about the new film make me think Michael Bay and/or the writers have also seen Masterforce, which can only be an influence for the better in my opinion.
