I managed to enjoy the first film pretty much spoiler-free.
Plus TFW2005 has an option to read their TF news without anything about the new film.

I'm not too bothered about spoilers. It doesn't strike me as the type of film where story matters. I expect more of the same: giant robots hitting each other and lots of things exploding, which could make for a fun night of tosh at the cinema.
