I only just noticed the pogobot's (or pogocon's, maybe?) when I watched the HD trailer. With everything moving so fast it was an assault on the senses at first, but it's got me even more excited than the first movie. It looks like the Decepticon's are really attacking in force this time.

I hope the pogo gimmick makes it to toy form.
The TFW2005 board has clarified who the unicycle bot is.

Actually, will the Constructicons be using their original names, despite "Bonecrusher" and "Devastator" already having been used in the first film?
I hope they're not named like the Micromaster Constructicons. Tankor* and Buckethead I could live without!
Unless it actually is Tankor... I would be happy to see that unicycle-bot telling everyone to go FAASSSTTER!

Okay, then. The toy version of that unicycle chappie at the end of the TV Spot Trailer has appeared on eBay; cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280309914636He's just *one* of the Constructicons!! The combined form is therefore going to be hu-uge! Also, it's rather neat the way the treads in vehicle mode become the "wheels" of the robot mode!

That is indeed neat!
I heard somewhere that the Devastator toy will be made of four Voyagers and 2/3 Deluxes. Nothing is confirmed as to whethere there's actually 7 Constructicons or not, but I think 6 is more than enough for a Gestault team IMO.

Are we sure this *isn't* Devastator? Has it been said he will be a combiner somewhere?

Yes, the toy version is not quite as fantastic as he appears on screen. However, the idea of an effectively mono-wheeled alien robot is still an entertaining one.

I think it would look better after a proper paintjob.
That's just a prototype right?

That review has made me feel better about the whole 'uni-cycle' thing. Why do the robots have to be humanoid in shape?

Why I remember when they introduced the first non-humanoid robots to the Transformers line in 1984. They ruined the series. Is it still going?
