Prowl. A pure TF toy by definition. Simple, nothing flash(ing).
Also he looks like a Hans Cuff homage.

Prowl - a nice toy using the basic twist car round in mid section design seen in Blue Streak, Smokescreen instead of the stand the car up & just pull down the hood Jazz, Sideswipe, Sunstreaker.
Compared to the toy Hasbro still can't release in the UK. This due to Grandstand still having the right to the mold in the UK? aren't they part of Tiger? didn't Hasbro buy Tiger?

Shockwave isn't a robot in disguise except on giant space-gun planet. For that and many other reasons, Prowl.

I've never owned an actual Shockwave, but I had (still have, I think), a grey 'Space-something' version of Shockers. Although I liked shooting him at things, Prowl, as a police car, is the better toy. Yes sir.

I also voted for Prowl. Shockwave was a nifty toy and all, but I just like Prowl's police car mode more than Shockwave's BendOver...er..."gun" mode.

I'm going to have to spoil the party and say Shockwave (and also vote for him)! There are far too many cars TF's and a gun TF is a breath of fresh air. Besides, when you were a kid didn't you prefer to pretend to be big by holding a gun in your hand (make of that what you will Graham) or just drive a toy car around on the carpet?
