From what I can see, its a cartoon with an old man in pyjamas with a night hat, though it might be a normal outfit and a hunting hat (possibly Elmer Fudd), he's holding a gun or something similarly shaped, going through a steel door in a mine (gathering by the rock-like walls and over hanging light) So i'm going to guess a Bugs Bunny Cartoon!
