Any kind of mustard is good for me as long as it isn't too weak like some 'extra strong' French mustard I picked up once.

I've had sunappi (or something) in my time. It's a very mild Finnish mustard and you can squeeze copious amounts of it on your hot dogs without it going up your nose!
