Just looking at the weather at the start of this year. We had the snow in Feb instead of over New Year. if we missed out 28 leap years we could move the months back. This does cause problems for anyone born on 29th Feb - that they'll not have a birthday for 115 years.
But in 100 you have 26 leap years [25 from 1/1/1900 - 1/1/1999 & 2000 is leap year]
It's been a few years since leaves started falling from trees in Sept - not until Nov now - so we are running a month behind there. But it is snowing now - but back in the 80's it started snowing in Nov each year not at last week of school.
I know you need to look at spring & when that starts - but wouldn't it be better having the snow during the time you are not at work
[for those who decide no - then you mis out on playing in the snow on xmas day building snow men because you have to go to work & you dont have time off]
But should we miss the next 28 leap years [115 years] to get the snow to fall at the right time of year [we dont like it in Feb]

Got it going the wrong way. missing leap years days would end upmoving stuff backwards [so it would be snow in march. so we really need leap year every 2 years to get it to being snow earlier this year in Dec.
Also about clock changing.
Why dont we just change them by 30 minutes then we'll never have to chnage them ever again. instead of 1hr at start then 1 hr later on in year.
