My thanks.
The Bunnies are licking envelopes like there's no tomorrow. Postie comes at 4 and they have nearly 200 fanzines to get in the sack.
Go Bunnies, go!

I was hoping Hubris #12 would start arriving by now.
Mind you, I was at the sorting office yesterday collecting the post for work (the postie can't access the letterbox when the security shutters are down) and there was a huge backlog of Christmas cards, each with "Insufficient Postage, payment of £1.08 required" overflowing in the office.

Youch.
I reckon I'll be opting for a subscription with my first paycheck of the year. When Christmas is far enough gone for me to know where my wallet's at.

Still no sign of any Hubris #12's arriving. I am investigating it with my good friends at the Royal Mail.

Oh what a kerfuffle! Been to the sorting office this afternoon to see what's occurring and, lo and behold, the sack of 200+ Hubrises was there! Apparently there was a query with the postage and they've "tried" to contact us about it.
They're all back here now and have to be re-packaged and re-stamped. Bloody heck!!

The wonders of Royal Mail - there's no other postal service like it!

Trouble is, it seems to me from recent experience that the alternatives are worse.
I can see the postal system going the way of the rail system. We _think_ the national provider is pants, until it's gone and we're stuck with the likes of City Link.

It's a vicious circle. We want to get rid of it (or at least some of us do) because of how terrible it is but if we do we'll be stuck with something a lot worse.

Just a wee heads up. After Sunday, 30 May 2010 the current subscription (Hubris #13-15), with the 11% saving and free "Hold Tight, Iacon!" offer, will no longer be available. More info: www.the-hub.co.uk/hubris/subscribe/

More info: www.the-hub.co.uk/hubris/subscribe/I'm subscripted, aren't I? Please say it's true! Mrs Shockprowl's the brains of our little opperation (I'm the looks). I can't be expected to know what I'm subscripted to, I'm far too pretty, and she certainly wouldn't have anything to do with Transformers the crazy Gal!

I actually have two "Shockprowls" on my subscriptions list. You are one, the other, a "Mrs" Shockprowl with issues going directly to her work address.
Is she harbouring a secret lust for Transformers, I wonder?!

Graham, is it possible to set up an automatic recurring Paypal subscription for Hubris?
