Airplane? What is it?
It's flying machine with wings, but that's not important right now.

Still working my way through Lupinranger X PatRanger - hit the mid-point of its run, so I've been taking time out to see its specials and movie, as they all fit in somewhere between episodes 10 and 25. Absolutely loved that they lent into the "Lupin" in Lupinranger enough that the movie features an English Detective called Herlock Sholmes who comes to Japan intent on unmasking the Phantom Thieves... I've you are going to be referencing Arsene Lupin as heavily as this show does in its backstory, you can't really not touch on his would-be nemesis. (Also, the fact that Herlock-san has driving goggles on his deerstalker makes me grin for reasons I can't entirely explain).
Also working my way through Kamen Rider Decade - a show that my limited exposure to Kamen Rider fandom had suggested wasn't highly thought of. But I have to say I am quite enjoying it. I'm liking that the protagonist does not start out as thoroughly good and righteous a person as most Riders. Frankly, the whole first arc of the show is about how he learns to go from being a bit of a self-involved tool to a better person and I quite enjoyed that. The fact that it was cut short early in production actually helped it I think - having only 31 episodes instead of 49 - 51 has meant that there hasn't been any real sense of anything being filler. The first arc is fun character stuff and a lovely celebration of ten years of the Heishi-era Kamen Rider revival. Then the second arc kicks in and needs every episode that it can get, so has no time to laze about. Far be it from me to go against Received Fan Wisdom, but Decade (the series) is quite good and Decade (the Rider) is indeed a bit full of himself - but that kinda makes him entertaining to watch...

Having finished Batman: Caped Crusader I've noticed I can buy House of the Dragon season 2 to watch on Amazon Prime. I will be getting the Blu-rays when they come out, but couldn't resist an early binge-watch. Saw the first couple of episodes after last night's call, then another four today. Will finish the season by tomorrow.

Any good? I thought the first season a drop in quality on Game of Thrones.

Any good? I thought the first season a drop in quality on Game of Thrones. I think it's much better than season 1, because season 1 spanned 28 years of history in ten episodes and kept skipping forward months or years every couple of episodes, which really, really annoyed me. Season 2 has no time jumps and just progresses in real time, like all eight seasons of Game of Thrones. This makes it more appealing to immerse myself in it for the duration, I find. Martin

Terminator Zero: the usual 'drops all at once' stuff where fuck all happens in episode 1. Bored to fuck. Why are streaming shows so SHITE? Pacing!
Won't bother with the other 7 episodes.
