The animation's okay and the Bumblebee/Soundwave mash-up is neat, but the dialogue is PAINFUL.

It's not particularly awful. Just rather bland. It has potential that will almost certainly never be realised. They should get Nick (other Nick) to write them! It'd be a lot more entertaining and no offence to the man but it looks like he's in their price range  -Nick |

It's better than about 80% of Armada in my books. Very bland but watchable in such short segments.
The animation varies quite a lot. Some some it quite good for what it is, some of its very floaty light.

It's so silly. It makes me laugh. I demand more of Stupid Soundwave. He is a breakout crap character. He needs his own talk show. "TOOOO MAAAAANY SONIC BOOOOOOOOOOMS!"

OK, fair enough, I haven't seen anything post-Beast Machines excepted the first several Animateds and this. So I can't really judge on worst cartoon _ever_ ever.
But it was bad. The timing bothered me more than anything else.

It's just a wee cheap extended ad chucked up on Hasbro's kid site and free to view. I don't judge it like a proper cartoon.

I suppose I'm also comparing it with the War of Cybertron game trailer, which, while not floating my boat, actually looked like it had been directed and edited by a professional. And that's wrong of me too, because the War of Cybertron trailer will have had a lot of money behind it, as it expects to sell the game big time. On the other hand, some of those fan-made parody TF cartoons on YouTube that get linked here from time to time managed the direction and timing thing, so there isn't really any excuse. Re: RID, I seem to recall not having any interest at the time due to everyone telling me Globequake was a much better take on the characters. Also, as far as I'm aware no-one has ever told me there has been a TF series post-Beast Machines that did anything new and original, I mean to the same degree as Masterforce, BW and BM. However, if someone wants to start an 'RID Wednesdays' thread when we've finished Masterforce, I'll give it a go. Martin |

They seemed to have switched to a new -build of their embedded player on the site, and as a result they don't play properly for me anymore. They literally play about a half second at a time, so they go something like
"Pha"
"guh"
"boh"
"ras"
Sounding a bit like Judoon chatting over coffee and doughnuts.
