Just watched this episode, and I have to say much like Total Meltdown, I found this to be another fairly poor episode. Maybe as it is again based around a human villain instead of bringing in the Decepticons in. With the slow build up with the Cons, I hope it isn't a disappointment when they finally do show up.
First thing is once again another great reference for us geeks out there, by calling the metal Decepticon's use as destronium, as in Destrons - you know what the Japanese call Decepticons.
Bumblebee comes off more unlikable with every passing episode. I know this show is aimed at kids, so his character is supposed to be cool and aimed at them, but as an adult he comes off as an immature spoiled brat. Sames goes for Sari who I can't stand. Please can they have Bulkhead accidentally sit on her?
Dr. Sumdac is still coming off as an idiot, and considering that Megatron is now communicating with him, you would think he would have the common sense to stop using his hand as a seat.
At the start of the series I thought I was going to hate Prowl, but the guy has really started to grow on me.

Bumblebee is definitely annoying at this point. Sari, I still like for some reason. Not a bad episode. I would like an appearance by another decepticon. I dont mind human villains I just want them to be better than this guy. Logically he other cons should show up before Megatron is rebuilt so they can be defeated and then return under his command and be far greater threat.

I actually quite enjoyed "Nanosec". I thought it was a decently paced story (pun intended), and reasonably entertaining. Didn't have a problem with the "hench of the week" either, I actually prefer this slow build-up to having Decepticons appearing every week. If the 'cons were in the show more then they would have to be losing every week - which you can only do for a few weeks before your villians start looking like chumps, like in the Sunbow series.
I'm beginning to think that the point of Sumdac is supposed to be that he really isn't terribly smart, at least not when it comes to interacting with people. His inability to see that Megatron is lying through his (non-existent) teeth actually seems of a piece with the way he is portrayed every time he interacts with any other character. Don't mind Sari or Bumblebee (basically, a yellow version of Hot Rod pretty much) that much.

Another enjoyable, but not-great episode. I don't mind human enemies if they're interesting, and Nanosec was a little more flamboyant and capable than ones we've seen in the past. However, i felt rather sorry for him, being robbed of his life - as it were.
Bumblebee is definitely skewing a bit too young for me, ala Wheelie - which i never like. I don't mind Sari, i think she can be quite funny at times and it's good to have a little human interaction.
What i really want though, is Blitzwing to appear! I know it'll be a few eps yet, but i can't wait. I'm a fan based on two scenes.

Yes damn that evil Bumblebee. How cold hearted must he be to age the poor guy to catch him? I thought Autobots were supposed to protect mankind, not bring them close to death.
I admit in terms of the bad guy, every scene he was in I was paying too much attention to his voice, trying to figure out where I recognised it all. I thought it sounded like the big weirdo from Just Shoot Me, and I once finished looked it up and I was right. Can sometimes be off putting when you recognise a voice, rather than sit back and enjoy the voice work.
After the episodes with the Dinobots and the Autobot hunter, I just found it disappointing to be going from decent robot characters, to a human. It did feel like a step backwords progression wise, but i guess they cant allows be in battle with evil robots.

I was pleased with it all, but I'd like to see some Bot VS Con action now. Nice Destron refference too . ===KEN

what really impressed me was how Bumblebe took down Nanosec ... he ran him to death (i know the animation showed him "alive" but that's just for the US/TV censors) Bumblebee's own words "He ran out of Time" - aged him to death * Awsome * score one for the 'bots, they dont mess around

This is painful to watch I must say: "Aieeeeeeeeee!" The scripting-by-numbers annoys me.
EDIT: It picked up a tad by the end, Towards more of the usual quality it did tend. Though Bumblebee gets right on my tits, I want to rip him into a million bits.
