What a curious set of books this is. So much stuff not reprinted elsewhere but so many strange gaps. Half of the TF Universe Volume 2 entries - but not the Volume 1 entries or the second half of Volume 2. 'Man of Iron', the Movie adaptation and 'The Big Broadcast of 2006' - but none of Budiansky's stories that feature Spider-Man or Circuit-Breaker, nor the G.I. Joe crossover that shows where Goldbug came from. How weird. Actually, I recently picked up a near-mint copy of the 1986 UK book containing the Marvel US Movie adaptation mini-series (despite disliking the Movie and already owning the mini-series itself), along with a copy of the 'Plague of the Insecticons / And There Shall Come a Leader' reprint TPB. Love the latter, but was thinking of passing the former on to a better home. However, I guess I'll hang on to it for a while, as it goes well on my bookshelf as background material alongside the Titan 'Target: 2006' TPB. And it's not as bad as the animated Movie itself. Yeah, it is a strange mixed bag. Can't say I'm that thrilled about the movie adaption either, to be honest. Its one of the least exciting Marvel comics to me.
