I picked up the Lego Star Wars magazine for the first time in ages due to a weakness for A-Wings; it is a bit disappointing, the rear engines do not stay on well and are a bit unstable (they also don't quite look right).
The Sandcrawler coming with the next issue looks great though!

Amazing Lego bargains in Asdaland. Sets knocked down to £2-4 in most cases on all Lego ranges. The Doctor Strange set down from £30 to £7! I ended up grabbing 6 Lego sets for a grand total of £25.
M of this parish has also found similar deep discounts at his local Asdaland though different sets!
Worth checking Asdalands to see what they have!

My ASDA had been completely emptied out of all cheap sets, I did get a £6 Thanos infinity gauntlet car though, as I've wanted one

Got the last Dr Strange set and 4 of the Star Wars Battle packs at £2 each, at that price I thought it worth having a few put aside for presents. The set is just generic rebels but at 50p per minifigure I wasn't going to say no.
And I got the bionicle like K2SO figure for £4.

Hooray! I had lusted after the Doctor Strange set but thought £30 was too pricey so had been waiting to see if it ever dropped to £20. I was pleased to get that and 5 other Lego sets for a fiver less than RRP just for that!
Might grab more Rebel packs for the Imperials to slaughter.
Must...check...more Asdalands...

Most of what my Asda had left reduced was the SW Constraction figures.
Did get an £8 Nexo Knights set reduced to £4 which had a box that looked it should have been priced more than £8 to star with

I checked a second Asdaland. Lots of crazy deep discount shelf tags with large spaces on the shelves where the cut-price Lego had already been scooped up!

The Asdaland crash sale is mostly over as new full price stock is out though some SW was still cheap so grabbed another couple of £2 Rebel Trooper battle packs and two £3 First Order Battle Packs as well as a wave 3 microfighter Tie Advanced for £2. Almost cleared out the stock of those sets (troop builder material) until my better side asserted itself so left plenty behind for others.
Been a good week for Lego. Loads of sets/minifigs for dirt cheap!

LEGO is currently revealing their Ninjago movie tie-in minifigure series on Twitter, and some of them look quite fun! (as does the movie)
