I have had another erection!
This time it's an arbour! You know, a bench with a roof over it.
There is no end to my erections.
Edit: Hey, this is my first 'Week...' thread! Praise Be!

I wondered when somebody would create one of these 'week ...' threads this week. I thought for a moment we weren't going to have one as if this week didn't exist.

Well done on your second erection, Shockprowl.
But, please, don't invite any of us to come and sit on your wood.

No work for me today so I think I'll catch up on one or two things that I've been putting off of recently.

Another day off work tomorrow but this time I've managed to book a holiday off for the day so that I don't lose too much money.

Blimey. This may not be the thread for it but channelling sent your way anyway Mr Burns.
My visa application instructions came through from KAUST today- helpfully they take just long enough to not fit between now and my orientation event in Egypt or between that and Botcon. Oh, and from the look of it I have to go to London for the medical check-up because there's only one really expensive surgery in Britain they trust to take a chest x-ray and ask if you have anything contagious. Seriously.

Hope it's what I think it is Chrisl!!!!! Nope - although funny you should mention it - but not yet. Was actually employment related and not wanting to jinx it.

I recall you saying there were some stiff targets to be met. Phil, that's some choice of phrase considering this thread's title!!

I don't think it will, but I'll try my best before the end.
In other news, the flab round my waist/belly is becoming noticeable and my trousers are really tight. It's really getting me down that I'll have to go up a waist size soon.

God dammit. I got my first bit of neutral ebay feedback - for being 'slow to post'. This is despite me posting the item within the timeframe that it says on my auction page! >: (

After some soul searching, I have decided to put in extra hours and try some new tactics in June at work. If I don't pass probation at the end, I'll have at least given it a good try, though without exaggeration it will require the best month of my working life to get through. The odds are very much against me and I'm not just being overly sensitive or unrealistic.

Yup, channeling coming across the Irish sea for you Ralph.
Had a great week, still buzzing from my birthday on saturday, my girlfriend got me a flying lesson along with a few heavy metal goodies, and I had so much fun. Flying is scary as hell! I had assumed it'd be a job where the pilot lets you hold the controls, and you're "flying" but no, he had me flying up and down, round in circles, and all sorts. Then treated me (with Trisha and my brother in the back seat) to g-forces and zero gravity style stunts.
Best experience ever guys, I thoroughly, completely recommend it. Such a buzz!!

I shall of course channel for you Ralph.
This week at work has been frighteningly hectic so much so that when I get home I am just cabbaging and before work I am just trying to sleep. Roll on tonight at 2300 when it's over!

As long as you believe you can do it Ralph then all should be okay.
In other news, I've managed to book my stay at the Paragon Hotel in Birmingham for my weekend at Auto Assembly but it seems I may have hit one other problem. The receipt that I have printed out which I must hand over to the receptionist at the hotel when I arrive states that I must also provide some form of photo ID. Funny as this may sound, I haven't got any photo ID whatsoever. I don't have a driving licence, photo ID card or even a passport so providing some form of photo ID may be a bit problematic for me.

I didn't have to produce any photo ID when booking into my room at the Holiday Inn last year and if what you say is correct then I should be okay.

Because I only worked two days last week I agreed to come into work today when they asked me. I know I said a short while ago that I wouldn't do Saturday work again but I needed the money especially as AA2010 is creeping up on us.
