Convention passes

Does anyone still have their past convention passes? I want to do an archive of the artwork used on them, I already have BM Cheetor from last year (mine) but if anyone has any of the others can they scan them and send me the picture (i'll edit out names etc if wanted)

I have mine from the past two years; the 2008 Lee Sullivan image of Optimus Prime with Megarton reflected in his faceplate and last year's Beast Wars Cheetor by Simon Williams. My brother still has his from last year, too, but his was the Beast Machines Cheetor you already have.
If you'd like these two, I'll scan them for you in the next couple of days.

Might be worthwhile asking Simon if any are still going spare and chuck a few pennies in the AA coffers.

We made them specifically for each person as they were all personalised (apart from Auto Assembly 2000 and Auto Assembly 2001 that had generic tickets) but if I remember right, we have had personalised passes from 2003 onwards... and they've taken me ****** months to make all of the bloody things over the years! lol

they are set up in groups though right? like last year BM cheetor was for attendees, and another was for guests, another for volunteers etc

Me and my bro had different ones, so I guess it's done randomly.

Neither! I design them in blocks of four so 1-4 have one design, 5-8 have design number two, 9-12 design three and 13-16 design four then it repeats for the whole run of passes. The only thing that changes depending on the ticket type is the coloured strip at the top and the description under your name / number.

Got about 180 designed / printed for this year so far but now I have all the artwork I can get the rest done to bring us up-to-date before we hit the rush period!

Not necessarily! lol Depends on your ticket number as they're done in batches of four but as I've only recently had two of the pieces of artwork so there are a lot of gaps in the first 350 or so ticket numbers! lol
