Right, over the years I have gathered a few thousand films in various formats and - technology willing - will be trtansfering my VHS films in a VERY slow process (there are at least 1,000 films I think) to digital.
As such, I could be having MANY vhs tapes I no longer need
Just testing the ground to see if anyone interested in having them or a few?
Will be free bar p&p
Most will be LP tapes with at least three films to a tape that have been created over the years
Will start putting up the list of availble tapes soon, but any general interest at this point?

Have you got any old VHS tapes with old TV shows on? A while ago I was thinking of starting a project which involved transferring old TV shows for the 80's and possibly early 90's onto Youtube - specifically the ones that have never been released on DVD and haven't been shown on TV for many a year. I looked on Ebay for old VHS tapes but the ones that could be found on there are very vague in description and are most unhelpful. This was the reason why I largely scrapped buying them off Ebay because I didn't know whether I would be getting a lost gem of a TV show or a bunch VHS tapes that have nothing on them that interest me.

I'dont think I have any original VHS tapes with the TV shows on, but on the ones I have transfered to LP tapes over the years, yea there are TV shows in there - there should be some in Box 2 list going up Sunday I think. Other than that, after anything in particular?

Welllll I know I have a Captain Power episode on a tape here somewhere...thats hard to get hold of - will post up the shows when I get to them and you may see some in the next few boxes I post |
