I want to know if they are going to release any more Saturday only tickets, as that's the only day I can go.
Can't do the whole weekend as I have to get my wife to look after the baby on her own, still that's better than last year when I couldn't go at all as the baby was due :-)
This would be my first AA and I was planning to head up with Jaymz, would be a shame to miss out.

The only way we will release any Saturday passes now is if any Saturday attendees upgrade their passes to weekend ones, and then we can free up their Saturday tickets for re-allocation but at this short notice it's unlikely to happen.
We have to bear in mind safety at all times so we can't go above a set number on each day otherwise we wouldn't have set these limits.

Simon, what about on the day walk-ins? Didn't we have a number of those last year? Or does the sell out mean the doors are closed to the public?

If we sell out then that's it - doors closed to everyone apart from pre-registrants! This is why we have been encouraging everyone to book in advance so much this year so people don't get disappointed.
If people leave it too late this year, they really could get turned away at the door!

Sadly this is one of the reasons why we recommended that people register early this year as we know the interest in the convention was going to be like this year.
Absolutely worst case scenario for us, if we DON'T sell out in advance, then we may be able to convert the remaining weekend passes into "anything goes" tickets so each one would be sold on a "whatever goes" basis so it could be sold as a weekend pass or split into a Saturday and a Sunday pass but we literally won't know on this until a few days before the convention.
