New for Auto Assembly 2010 is the Fan Sales Table. It will either be located on the Registration Desk or a stand-alone table if we have enough items on it, this will give all of you the chance to sell your unwanted items in a safe, controlled environment with minimal effort!
You can use this table to sell anything as long as it is Transformers related (although we may expand this!). However you can not bring unauthorised copies of DVDs, CDs, etc, knock-off toys, import DVDs etc.
Simply bring your items to the desk and name your asking price. You will be asked to complete a declaration form authorising us to sell them on your behalf and then you will be given a ticket for each item. You can check back at any time during the weekend to claim your money, alter your selling prices or even withdraw your items from sale.
Please note that 10% commission will be taken from the sale of each item towards convention funds. The sales table will be running from Friday evening right through to Sunday and will be the ONLY sales table trading on Friday.
We will also have some BRAND NEW items that have been supplied to Auto Assembly for sale to raise money towards the convention's running costs and we thought we'd start this thread to bring you a list of some of the confirmed and expected items from attendees that we will have along with prices.
We will take reservations for some of these and you can pick up most from Friday onwards.

Why does'nt excel files paste ok in the forums. But this is a list of stuff i'll bring along to place on the table for sale. I should [if everything sells] get £20 for AA - but i do have multi covers of some of the issues. all are bagged apart form the videos & movie mags.
The first price is what i'm selling it for - the second price is what money is going to AA. Anyone interested let me know - got some issues - one cost me £8.66 & selling for £5 with £2 going to AA.

I also found a copy of Strip #15 which features part of Death's Head the body in question. £1 for this & all the £1 goes to AA.
Simon - i've got copies of model mart with Transformers features in them, can these be brought along to sell? Only want 10p per issue so price would be 20p each [bought from WHSmith not the ones given away at AA {the Terminator3 & Xmen3 issues don't have TF stuff in??} - I got these to build my points up so could get some annuals free when they did that points card]
Note - its about 13 issues - so whole set for £1, features stuff on AA convention, ALt's, Prime compare list by Sven.

The catalogue will be going online tonight so if you want to add anything, email your lists to me at autoassembly@aol.com by about 9:00 pm tonight and I'll get them into the first edition.
We've got just under 100 things confirmed for the table but reservations are coming in thick and fast so some stuff is going quickly before it's even hitting the table!

Ok - Simon, I hope that some of my stuff goes - then can spend quite a bit at the AA table. I have printed out a list for the AA staff so they can tick everything off & got stated how much i'll be paying AA from the sale price - which is more than the 10%. If i sell everything [£92 - with £30.90 going to AA about 30%]

Why does'nt excel files paste ok in the forums Cos XL's a spreadsheet. But if you investigate the use of the Table tag you can create some xlformula based on your data that include the tags and post it like that. PM me the xl file and I'll show you how it's done. |

If you're listing anything on ebay that you want to go on the sales list then PLEASE don't let me know as it makes my job a LOT harder as the sales table list is fully numbered and itemised for reservations.
The best format for me is the one that is on the list and just a text file is best or as part of an email - it's quicker for me to copy details across as I am getting items submited and reserved constantly now!!
