Looking forward to this. Will try to catch it after work on Wednesday. From the trailers, it looks like they are trying to make the characters and premise very, very faithful to the originals.

I look forward to giving this film a go. I've already got the intelligent summer film in Inception so a proper good silly action film is on the menu.

I enjoyed this film. I am a fan of the tv series as was sure that this film would be a stinker, so it is amazing that they have not only made it watchable but good fun.
Sharlto Copley is superb as Murdoch, yet Lian Neeson's accent is irritating.

I saw this *cough* a couple of weeks ago. It's really cool. You engage with the characters and the interplay between them is realistic which is a surprise for a blockbuster.
The action is completely implausible and it looks like it is trying to skip through the main sub-groups of action film looking for a place (The Bad Boys, the Bonds, the Bournes and the Mission Impossibles), but hey ho.
I liked it.

I really enjoy the original series, some say it's dated badly, but I still find it very watchable.
Will this movie let me down the same way Michael Bays Transformers does? Hrm...

Hm, well I left the cinema feeling disappointed. Not by the performances - they did an admirable job of filling the boots of the original cast. It was just the story - it was too generic. Very little there that hasn't been done before with more imagination by films like Mission: Impossible. I felt they could have made it more special by giving it a plot that was a bit more 'A-Team' - you know, helping some poor villagers fight back against the local gang while staying one step ahead of the military police, with them ending up being cornered by the bad guys in a barn with a load of machine parts.
So... yeah. Didn't really click with me.
But then, this month I've been watching Inception, Babylon 5 and Battlestar Galactica, so maybe this was doomed to be a viewing low point.
Edit: Also, the van. That's just not cool.

Haven't seen the movie yet, but I see that Pizza Hut are doing A-Team pizzas, one themed for each of the heroes. Wow, it's like they saw me coming.

Yeah, but did you get one of the pizzas and if so, which one?

I have not as yet had any of the pizzas. At take-away prices they cost more then double what a splendid local place charges for their pizzas. So my only chance of an A-Team pizza is if I go sit-in with someone.

I sat in for pizza before seeing the movie as Ralph said there were A-Team pizzas available. Unfortunately they were not actually on the sit-in menu. I did enjoy the movie afterwards though.

Have finally just purchased (for 50p) and watched this - enjoyed it thoroughly. All characters seemed spot on and was great fun with the gang always thinking one step ahead and making the most out of what they had to solve the problem.

Deal of the year at 50p! I want to see this film again and still yet to complete my boxsets with season 5 of the TV show.
