And I don't mean reserved items (which takes away a lot of the fun of rooting through the stalls in my opinion) but stuff you might like to find on offer.
I shall be having a look to see if any comic art is kicking about. Try and get some sketches. Have a hunt for some tat. Other than that I shall just have a wonder aboot.

Same here, I think. Of course if I just happen to spot a Fort Max for a fiver, wee-ee-eell then...
I have no real expectations, which I think is good. It allows me to be pleasantly surprised, and not disappointed at all!

I'm trying to reduce my collection to strange and interesting figures. So anything odd that I find I'll pick up. And Binaltechs, if cheap. I have rediscovered my love of them.
And yeah, I totally agree that reserving stuff takes away the magic of the desperate scramble!
My main thing last year was Botcon figures, this year Bogatan picked them up for me at Botcon, which should make any purchases just that bit more random!

Cheap G1 (so probably Encore) cars. The Sideswipe review last week has made me want to review some more.

I don't go with the aim of getting certain things, I prefer just to see what's around.
But, I'm going to write out a "might be nice" list this year to remind me to check for certain things as there's quite a bit I quite fancy at the moment and I've gone to conventions in the past and forgotten to look for things. For instance, one year I forgot to look for Binaltech Hound.
Just as long as I get the photo of me with David Kaye and Garry Chalk signed - I've already got it signed by Kaye. I'm a bit worried at the moment as I was looking for it on the weekend and haven't found it yet.

Ah, I dunno. The last couple years I've kept missing out on the original Airazor after uming and ahing. So if I see her I'll probably pick her up. Aside from that, there's one or two things on the Toy-Fu table that take my fancy. But that will be dependent on my feeling at seeing them in person, if indeed there are any of the things I noticed left by the time I get there. Maybe Tap-Out from T4e, as well.

I am another one who doesn't have a specific plan for looking for anything in particular. I would have been looking for Generations Thrust but I think that he is grounded at the Post Office at the moment awaiting a recovery team to fly him out.
As it stands I am planned to have a little browse around the dealers and see if anything takes my fancy.
The only things set in stone that I want are Fanzines and some Beast Wars II cels from Toy-Fu.

I usually go to these sorts of shindigs with the aim of getting something particular, then the plan goes out the window when I see the mass amount of shinies laid out on front of me.
However, I do need to pick up the Generations wave 1 still if I can find them.

On more serious note, if can find them at reasonable prices ie if I can afford them, looking for Anumated Magnus, City Commander Armour, the upgrade kit for Superion and a transextor for the HeadRobo I won on Moonbase 2. Had a longer list but scored quite a few bits from peoples pre AA sale this week. Will morelikly get none on the list ansd just see what is there at the time Back to the fun - Ralph, there is a certain mucky shop just round the corner from the hotel which will help you - I know because used to do go to Ofwat meetings at the offices across road from hotel...don't get ideas guys

I'll be more in the "dishing out" rather than "picking up" mode at AA, but I'll see if I can send a recon team out to get a set of Generations wave 1. I might be tempted by some Hunt for Decepticons or Powercore Combiners gear if anyone has it.

I've spotted a few Beast Wars parts on T4E's stand I want so I'llbe making directly for that. I've also been having a blitz on a certain G1 combiner and need one (possibly two) more limbs to complete it.

Wishful thinking in wanting to pick up a Botcon exclusive perhaps, I think that may be way beyond the budget.

Depends on what you're after, Dez. I have several sets of the box-set figures but alas all my add-ons were bought up by my volunteers I have a couple of Sharkticons left but that's it. Black Zarak, Scorch and Ravage will be the hot ones- there were some Rapido & Cindersaurs left on the TF club web store suggesting they weren't as hot. A shame as they're both awesome- Rapido really lets the Prowl mould shine now that it's rid of the tiny, dorky head. -Nick

Dean is going to have Rapido and Cindersaur at the club store. I highly recommend the set but if your not a member you will have to find someone who is to buy them or fork out for a membership.

The box set was where my eyes are at, but I dont think there will be much chance of me sneaking that one past the dear lady.
