I believe so. Although there's absolutely nothing to say one way or the other if Trenchfoot definitively IS Peacemaker, consider the following: All the other Targetmaster Battlemasters are previous characters
Spinister got his Targtmasters done, one of whom was battlepacked with an odd name
Trenchfoot is Peacemaker's colours, within the limits of the mould where arms, legs and gun must be the same colour. You've not bought G2 Sideswipe? Why?? ?? |

Hmm. With the battlemaster parts they have available, they could have got a better match for the gun barrel. Trenchfoot looks like Peacemaker in gun mode.
