AA2011 - fun story thread

Just for a bit of fun - anyone want to do a quick short story for the 2011 script.

Only 2 rules

1. don't tie it in with the 2 script that Simon Furman did - this would ruin the jokes Simon will be putting in for us next year.

2. make it funny.

So with David Kaye & Nick Roche doing Megatron - or could they, but for this to make it fun write it as they are. Also we can include something Simon wouldn't

Event leads in for my short story - gives me 11 months to write it on here.

Beast Wars Megatron - after he escapes the Autobot shuttle he finds himself in the main area of the Bull ring August 2011 - seeing the Bull & thinking it's Razorbeast. Voiced by Nick

Armada Galvatron - after throwing himself into Unicron he finds himself laid on the road crossing outside the hotel. Voiced by David Kaye & Animated Optimus Prime.

scene setting -

group of fans coming back from TF3 screening along front of New street station when a ripple of electric & Armada Galvatron appears.

another group walking back to hotel via car park - see flash of light behind a pile of boxes they go & find Glench - they pull him out & walk towards the main entrance of the hotel & find Galvatron at the other end.

From a nearby fire station -
"Picking up Decepticon signals, I was right to come check out that intel from Swindle" Optimus Prime.

does anyone know where the nearest fire station is in central -birmingham? I know i walked passed one - but cant remember if it was in Birmingham or leeds.

I can certainly understand why people would be excited for a Kaye/Roche Megs-off, but personally I hope it doesn't happen.
Because I've got my fingers crossed that the next Guest of Honour is going to be Townsend Coleman, and we'll have an animated script with a ton of back and forth between Optimus and Sentinel!

That was my thoughts as well, especially judging from the special messages sent, and since Townsend hasn't come over before

AND the Tick!!! - who is more than a little different to Sentinel
Actually - the man has done many voices - not as much as McNeil but enough for a good run around the 80's cartoon houses

But we can still have some fun doing a story on here & seeing who's is the best. Even without knowing who the other guests are.

I'm going to post my story in the 2nd post above - but not really doing it in order - so might start in the middle then work at the front a bit - or just type notes down.
