I've had a long running plan to update the Euro line of the early 90s. Thanks to Botcon a lot of them have been done for me, but now I'm thinking about Ironfist. My first plan was Hound but that being done for Scorch has put me off a little, and I might do Turbofire using the mould, but as one of the best transformers toys ever made I can never have enough repaints of it. One other negative against it is that a deluxe maybe a bit small, the marvel crossovers offer larger options. Caps got the perfect alt mode and a very nice robot mode if not accurate (front wheels on the arms, and chunky lower arms). Wolverines robot form is almost spot on, front wheels on the side of the torso, quite thin arms and chunck feet. The alt mode isnt bad either. Andy

I'd say Captain America, for sure.

I'd concur on Captain America. It'd need a new head obviously but apart from that it is pretty much there as an updated IF I would say.

I wasn't familiar with most of these toys, but going from Phil's links, Cap looks perfect.

Heh, initially I thought you meant doing a Marvel Crossover Ironfist!

I'd buy that. We love Iron Fist/Danny Rand here. Have you read the recent stuff Ian?

No, I'm well behind on my Avengers and Marvel of late. But this is what I generally do. I ease off for a few months, then get a coupla tpb and go crazy!

Oh that would be a true crossover. Marvel Ironfist fancy dressed as Transformers Ironfist.
It would have all the greatness of Mr Potato head, but with added transforming.
