Dunno. I stopped getting it after the first two issues! So actually, yes. It was.

Haven't read any of it. I'm not interested in movie stuff but I know full well I will check out the trade sometime as I feel starved of new Furmanator stuff.

Soundwave beast troops where ok. trying to tie in with Ravage from the movie. But why Buzzsaw & coloured Laserbeak.

I picked up the first two issues.... for reasons I can no longer entirely recall. Reading those, however, didn't make me want to read any more so it was dropped forthwith.

Honestly, I didn't think it was as bad as all that. It dipped badly early on with #s 2 and 3 being sort of pointless (they cancel each other out, basically - #4 could have picked up from #1), but I thought it captured the general tone and balance of the movieverse better than any of the other comics that have tried - strong human presence, with TFs still playing a big role, and strongly tied into the mythology of the universe with the AllSpark and the Seekers being key plot points - and I have a lot more time for Carlos Magno than a lot of other people seem too. Points off for the colouring on the last few issues, though, and redesigns that made characters based on toys who hadn't appeared in the comics before all but unidentifiable.

I actually quite enjoyed the series.
In fact, I'd say it was the second best Transformers mini-series of 2010.

I read Nefarious via IDW's Transformers app for the iPad. At £1.19 per issue, it was an inexpensive way to read the series.

If IDW had an app for computers, I would probably buy more of their comics.

I actually quite liked the last two issues but the first three issues didn't do too much for me. On a related note IDW seem to have a curious stance regarding content. At Auto Assembly Nick Roche mentioned that IDW wouldn't allow him to use certain joke phrases for his Wreckers series but in Nefarious issue 5 we see a man killed and clearly bleeding profusely.

Just read #5,6. I think there was an error on #6 page 2,3. Skids & Mudflap - if you go by colours Mudflap is shooting Skids when they both look like the other. Mudflap having the black surrounded lights.
