Best Spotlight so far.

Thought this would be an interesting poll. Think I've got them all so far. Apols if I forgot any.

I loved the Shockwave spotlight. But I've actually voted for Kup, 'cos I think Spotlights shouldn't just be about fitting into the greater story arch, but should be stand alone stories as well, offering a different style, pace and theme to 'normal' Spotlights which, as I say, fit into the greater plan. So I've voted Kup 'cos I'd like more stories like this.

I'm torn between the Shockwave and Kup spotlights. Both are very good but for me the Shockwave spotlight just narrowly edges it.

I have to say that the Shockwave spotlight edges it out for me as well. Like the Kup it functions very well as a stand-alone tale (yes, bits of it reference other series IDW have done but you don't need to read them to get at the point of the story), but for some reason I just find that the Shockwave one works better for me.

I'd probably have put the Kup story as my second favourite, but the poll doesn't allow for Single Transverable Vote.

If someone asked why I read Transformers comics, I would show them Spotlight: Kup.

Kup, for me. It's the only Transformers comic I've read that feels utterly modern and not in some way in thrall to 1984.

I enjoyed the Shockwave n the most. It pretty much tied the Shockwave vs. The Dinobots story arc into the Beast Wars one and also explained why there was raw Energon on the Earth's surface in the Beast Wars TV series.

I'm going with Kup, because I still think it's the best TF comic in over a decade. That one's the bar, as far as I'm concerned.
