Nice work, Andy. You obviously had to restrain yourself a bit because you were drawing in the animation style. I have to say, I'm still not a big fan of that animation style but that's no reflection on your work. Of all the characters in the new show, Bumblebee is the one that works best IMO.

Heh This has all of the marks of Andy struggling not to be Andy I personally am slowly falling in love with TF: Animated due to what I consider to be top notch stroy arcs (unlike the abysmal Armada/Energon/Cybertron trio) good stuff this dyrl

I'm not really sure it was restraining so much as struggling. I'd only done a few random sketches of the animated characters and hadn't quite gotten to grips with it.
To be honest it's kind of enjoyable not feeling the need to over-render an image but to tell a story as effectively with simpler, bolder lines. It's difficult to get your head round when you start but I think it can be more effective than hyper-detailed images.
I very much love the animated stuff, the Teen Titans meets Simon Bisley style totally works for me.
