That looks great, Andy!
Can't wait to see what you and Mr Burns come up with.

Thanks. I am sure it will be something suitably demented.

did it take long to do the dots?

It's a photoshop filter so the actual dot making is fairly quick. Getting the colour balance right was what took the time.

Those dots are known in the trade as 'Kirby Crackle'. Jack Kirby often denoted great power/energy with the use of lots of dots, from circa mid 60's. Much copied since, it was highly original in its day, and still does much to add power to his more cosmic imagery. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jack_Kirby-Ralph

To clarify I was talking about the dots in the colours, the Kirby crackle was all done by hand.

That is a some good stuff there. The Kirby-esque style works really well for the TF "gods". It definitely has that larger-than-life cosmic tone to it Looking forward immensely to seeing what follows in due course.

Thanks Karl.
It should be suitably bombastic but naturally some of that skewed Turn and Burn perspective will creep through.

Primus has a hero chin, but it lacks a Kirk Douglas cleft.
The classical designs for Primus and Unicron as the gods of a robot race are ridiculously human, but that's not your fault.
