Charles, you should take yourself a bow. It is a nice simple idea, well suited to the mosaic format. Not only that but it feels appropriate in terms of the characters involved, and quite true to the tone of the "Beast Wars" TV show. Nicely done, and my congratulations to the artists as well - I'm a big fan of black-and-white comics anyway and I think some of those panels work rather well.

Great work Charles, I'm not as keen as Karl with the art, but it's a great done in one story.

Only just noticed it was up - thanks all! This is actually the first one I wrote, it's just taken this long to turn up. Originally intended to come up with more dialogue (I wrote the panel descriptions first) but then realised it'd be more effective with sparse dialogue. I'd have done none at all, but thought it'd clearer for the cheap seats with some in. Originally going to be coloured too, but the colourist didn't have much free time so I thought "sod it, black-and-white works fine" and sent. Now I read on the IDW board that it's opened the gates for things! Now I just need to get an artist for the RID Predacon Trio Mosaic...

It's actually one of the very Mosaics that manages to tell a story in one page. Excellent stuff, Charles!

It's actually one of the very Mosaics that manages to tell a story in one page. Yeah, I have noticed a number of Mosaics seem to be acting as teasers to other stories (that we will probably not see) rather than a complete tale. Bit weird, really.

Probably used by the writers as gateway pieces to their own fanfic. Not necessarily a bad thing but kind of missing the entire point of the Mosaic project.

Possibly the best mosaic storywise I've seen. Shame the art guy rushed it as it's a GREAT idea

Thanks. (Though "rush it"? Ha, that thing took AGES to come out!)
