Hello all, I'm new here. Been an admirer of TMUK's body of work for some time. I'm in the USA, by the way... hope that's alright. ;-) Anyway, I was wondering if the never-made character Hyperdrive was ever featured in any Transmasters stories? transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Hyperdrive_(Autobot)Thanks! Grebo

He hasn't made it into TMUK as far as I am aware, although Andy is doing a custom toy of him as seen here. Andy

Hey Greboguru, I've been meaning to ask the same thing for a while. As Andy said I'm building a custom and would like any characterisation to help the design. If you do come across I'd love to se it.

As far as I am aware he hasn't featured yet in anything. Mind you that's not to say someone won't have a stab at a tale with him in.

On a related note, does Thunderclash and other late G1 feature in TMUK fiction?

Oh yes indeed they do. Thunderclash plays a pivotal role in the resolution of the Liege Maximo's storyline in CG2 and he and Skyquake star in mine and Ralph's Forgotten Heroes comic strip.

Thunderclash also features in Eugenesis by James Roberts.

Wow, that IS impressive! Gotta love TF fans... so industrious! Thanks for the welcomes and answers, all. :-) He hasn't made it into TMUK as far as I am aware, although Andy is doing a custom toy of him as seen here. Andy

According to the TMUK Book of the Dead Hyperdrive died in 1995. Does anyone know how and where he met his end?

That's the Micromaster Hyperdrive. Decepticon Sports Car Patrol, I think. Pay him no mind.

I believe said Micromaster Hyperdrive featured (and was killed) in "The Matrix Gambit" by James Roberts in Transtext from 1993.

John, that is the most depressing list evah.
Looking at Graham's post, oh how I wish all that stuff could be reprinted, computer screens just don't cut it.

If someone has the mags and could do hi-res scans (300dpi) then it shouldn't be too difiicult.

I know reprints of CG2 and the like have been mooted before, but I'd love it if it were possible!
