Andy this is just brilliant. I am genuinely knocked for six not only by the comic itself but the production values that have gone into making it look as professional as it does. This fits in perfectly with the original comics, and in many ways is more fitting than Regen One. This is going right next to issue #80 in my long box! And a hand drawn envelope too! I'm speechless!  |

Glad it got there safe and sound. When I was getting the print version ready for Scotcon, Ralph and i had talked about doing it UK 333 onwards and do it in 5 issue bursts but to be true to that we would have had to include the original US material and GI Joe like marvel intended and that just didn't feel proper.
Who knows if I had the time I would redo the early Marvel US material, keep the same script but redraw it and make up my own batshit GI Joe stuff and release it that way.
I might do that one day...

STAGE ONE Blocking the panels out, getting a feel for the dialogue positions.  STAGE TWO Preliminary Pencils, starting to firm up the poses, and get a feel for which characters to include where the text doesn't specifically mention them by name.  |
