Are you still planning on doing a complete edition hardback, Andy?

Are you still planning on doing a complete edition hardback, Andy? Yes. It will be pricey though, so when it is ready, I will supply a POD link for people to get one directly. It's from the folks who do the single issues and Straxus. When it's ready I will make it available. It will be bigger than the Titan HC's but smaller than the Titan UK softcovers. Andy

In the interests of transparency - the HC will be like the Titan TF books, so they don't have any of the profiles in, they will just be in the single issues.

Absolutely loved it - great old-skool TMUK vibe about the whole zine. I think my favourite bit was Andy's commentary on the making of the project over a number of years.

Both parts safely here too, and they are wonders to behold. Thank you! Martin Glad I didn't spend too long praising the softcovers, or I'd have nowhere to go with the far, far superior hardcover which I picked up from the post office today. When I hold it, it feels half-way between a UK annual and one of the Titan HCs, but the design is a perfect match for the Titans. The story is black and white, but the intro and end features are full colour and in the style of the Titans, right down to the blue text feature boxes and the cover art from the softcover editions in the back. And the print quality is much better than in the softcovers - in the HC, the black is actually black. Very, very well done. Can't wait to hear what Simon F thinks of it when he gets his hands on a copy! Martin

It's a pricey beast to be sure (£22.40 per unit). Martin as the project's most consistent supporter was always going to get one, for ensuring I completed the project. I'm not worthy! Martin

My copies arrived on Saturday and I've just finished reading through them - truly masterful! I love it! - also the artwork on the envelope was a very nice touch :-)
Do you have any other works in print besides the The Daily Straxus?

Thanks very much.
Pleased that people are enjoying the comic and the envelope art as well!
I have some copies of my IDW between the issues gag strips - The Last Light still available but that's about it.
I need to get Straxus Book 2.3 finished and Book 3 ready for print, but that's something in the New Year.

Andy Oh no, please don't get me wrong Andy - the whole project was absolutely amazing, from the quality of the art to the way in which you had adapted the story. Its just that, from a personal point of view, one of the things that I enjoy most when experiencing any form of literature/creative/musical/artistic project is a creator's commentary/notes on the development of the work as I feel that it enriches my understanding and appreciation of it.

Hah! I was just messing.
I avoided the temptation to go into lots of technical details about the workflow methods, as they changed a few times (as you would expect) over the seven years.
Although most of 2017's pages were all done pretty much the same way, and I think that shows in terms of the look of those compared to earlier pages.
