Oh. Sorry. Looks like Saudi Arabia counts as US territory or something. The clip isn't on Youtube yet. Basically he's looking at fictional doomsday scenarios in his Doom Bunker with a military and political expert who are clearly only partly in on the gag. Scenario 3 is "It is the year 2019, the Dow is trading at 4 points, all of Americas cars have disappeared and the vehicles that remain are all Decepticons".
