If I help Bruce Sato with his Super-Sprint-Turnschues, I wonder if I can get a free pair?

This one's weird though. Solve the "letter soup" and Leonardo gets a pizza. Huh?

I was reminded of the glory of this at the weekend. Is there a way to download it to an Ipad? -Ralph Not having an ipad I have no idea what the criteria is. It's on that site as a pdf if you click 'download' on the right, otherwise I can have another look at the original files and compile something ipad friendly. Bump for the download of this fine publication as one of our own (Inflatable Dalek) was asking. It occurs to me that the crazy German coloured versions of the UK strips would make good extra material for Hachette's series. -Ralph

I have a couple of Swedish Transformers comics, provided I didn't bin them, but they're nothing special. Just reprints of translated US issues. Not as fun looking as these German ones.

There were two black and white UK strips that were coloured - the Doubledealer one, and the Aspects of Evil with Scorponok. I don't think I ever owned either of those, sadly!

Thanks to Ralph I've started to read this... whilst the prose is odd to put it mildly, Megatron using his anti-matter eyes against his greatest foe: Bumblebee, is worth it all.

I have the double dealer one i think. Or at least I have seen it.
I still have my copy of the fanzine which I can scan if the original files dont turn up.

The fanzine is still online, its the actual scans of all the issues that I can't find! Most unique stuff got uploaded to TF wiki though. Ralph was after a non-PDF download, I only had it for download as PDF

The Quest is the Quest.
Though the current laptop has downloaded it ok when I wanted to re-read it and have no idea where my paper copy is.
Almost 6 years old...

Oh yes, I did come across some issues whilst cleaning my flat. If anyone is coming to BIG who wants one as before they are £3 each. Decent condition, though have holes punched as they were stored in a ringbinder

I can have a look to see if I have any spare fanzines about Ralph. Probably not, it was just printed on paper though, so you can get the same effect yourself!
It was a big tome, and only about 1/3rd of the stories. I sometimes wonder if it's worth doing all the translations as a book (though that would mean being exhaustive and getting hold of the remaining issues) but that's probably skirting TOO close to copyright infringement for me, even though not even Hasbro would care about translated German stories, printing the primary text feels wrong.

Couldn't find any spares, sorry Ralph!
Found my old Slagacon (yes yes ha ha) comics though. A lot better than I remember! I can put up a sneaky download if anyone wants to read

Annoyingly my expectation was to be writing about how these are unfairly looked down upon and that they were perfectly acceptable kids comic fare, if not up to the higher standards of the English stuff.
But the more I read, the more I'm forced to conclude they're just bad.

But the more I read, the more I'm forced to conclude they're just bad. Oh man yes. And the fanzine just had the best ones! We put all the translations on the tfwiki. The rest are pretty much the same story just rewritten, or a framing flashback with an old story put in, or a catalogue typed up into a story!

I feel like I should go for at least one of these in the name of helping me with my German. I surely need to be able to phrase "___ is not dispensed here fools... Only ___!"
